How to taste
our champagnes ?

The ideal temperature is between 6 C° and 8 C°, gained by cooling the bottle in a champagne-bucket .
Champagne is best drunk in a flute glass which does not permit large contact with air and therefore protects the vivacity of bubbles.

Keeping : keep the bottles laying in a cool place, protected from light and frozen temperatures.

Let it rest for several days before drinking it.
Tasting Notes

Vintage Extra Millésime 1998

Its gold colour develops a nice shining. The bubbles are abundant and vivid.
Its nose is quite powerful and still deep. It is dominated by aromas of citrus fruits and slightly candied fruits.
The mouth characterized by a nice vinosity is powerful and complex for this exceptional Vintage.
