The ideal temperature
is between 6 C° and 8 C°, gained by cooling the
bottle in a champagne-bucket .
Champagne is best drunk in a flute glass which does not permit large contact
with air and therefore protects the vivacity of bubbles.
Keeping : keep the bottles laying in a cool
place, protected from light and frozen temperatures.
Let it rest for several days before drinking it. |

Notes
The colour is a pretty luminous gold.
The steady sparkling gives a wide string of fine bubbles.
The nose is fine and expressive.
The ripe fruitiness is enhanced by honey hints.
The mouth is full-bodied and generous, with great freshness. |

Grape varieties : Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier,
Pinot Noir.
Blend : 30 % Chardonnay, 35 % Pinot
Meunier,
35 % Pinot Noir and addition of 30 % Reserve
wines.

Winemaking process : Traditional Champagne
pressing method, settling and separation using natural
gravity, alcoholic fermentation regulated at 18°C
in a stainless steel vat, aged on lees, with malolactic
fermentation.
Ageing
: 24 months minimum. |
