Bouzy, Ambonnay, Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger
5 to 7% vinified in barrels. Parcel selection.

Ageing

At least 6 years.

Appearance

Generous foam on serving. The fine effervescent bubbles form a slender and persistent bead. Golden yellow appearance with beautiful glints.

Nose

The nose is elegant and refined with notes of fresh fruit (currant, peach, apricot) and citrus (grapefruit, orange). Complexity is provided
by spices and a hint of dried flowers.

Palate

The palate is refreshing and generous. The finish is lively and elegant, which suggests restrained dosage to avoid disturbing the wine’s natural balance.
