15% vinified in barrels. Parcel selection.
Ageing
At least 8 years.
Appearance
Fine effervescence releasing delicate aromas. A bright yellow colour and wonderfully refined texture.
Nose
A complex nose of ripe fruit (quince, bergamot), candied fruit and spices (ginger, cinnamon).
Palate
A silky palate with a full sensation. Understated vinosity underscored by a remarkable impression of freshness, obtained by careful dosage. A very long finish.
